VirtualStage provides AI-assisted virtual staging tools for real estate listing images. You must own, control, or have permission to use each source photo you upload.

Source Photos and Outputs

You keep your rights to source photos. Subject to these terms, you may use generated outputs for commercial real estate marketing, including listings, flyers, websites, and client presentations.

Disclosure

Many MLS systems and jurisdictions require AI-generated or virtually staged images to be labeled. You are responsible for following local rules and platform policies before publishing an output.

Credits and Refunds

One credit stages one room. Credits expire 12 months after purchase. Failed generations are refunded automatically. Regenerations for the same image are included for 24 hours, up to reasonable abuse limits.

Prohibited Use

Do not upload photos you are not allowed to use, misrepresent property condition, remove permanent defects, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful activity.
