VirtualStage collects the information needed to provide accounts, process staging requests, deliver email sign-in links, and keep the service secure.

Information We Process

We process your email address, account and credit records, uploaded room photos, generated outputs, request metadata, and support messages you send us.

Service Providers

We use Cloudflare for hosting, storage, database, and security services and transactional email; OpenAI for image generation; and Stripe for payments when paid checkout is enabled.

Retention

Account records are retained while your account is active. Uploaded photos and generated outputs are retained only as long as needed to provide the service, support regeneration windows, meet security needs, and satisfy legal obligations.

Account Deletion

You may request account deletion from your account page. We queue deletion for account records and associated staging data, except for records we must keep for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.
